  • 4 Whole grain pita breads
  • 2 medium, sliced Tomatoes
  • 1 sliced Cucumber
  • 1 small, sliced Red onion
  • 200 grams Low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the lean ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
