Ingredients

  • 4 whole garlic bulbs
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice off the top 1/4 inch of each garlic bulb to expose the individual cloves.

Step 3

Place the garlic bulbs on a sheet of aluminum foil, large enough to tent them inside.

Step 4

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil over the cut tops of the garlic bulbs.

Place a sprig of fresh rosemary and thyme over the bulbs.
