Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup Low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/4 inch using a meat mallet.

Step 3

Season both sides of each chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
