  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 12 large leaves Spinach leaves
  • 8 medium Cauliflower florets
  • 2 small, sliced thin Potatoes
  • 1 finely chopped Green chili
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Coriander leaves
  • 0.75 cup Water
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the besan (chickpea flour), rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, asafoetida, salt, and baking soda.
