  • 8 slices Turkey bacon
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 cup Low-fat milk
  • 1 cup Low-fat shredded cheddar cheese

  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the whole wheat pastry crust in a 9-inch quiche or pie dish and set aside.
