Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Whole grain rolls
  • 4 slices Turkey bacon
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Spinach leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 0.5 whole Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the whole grain rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes until lightly toasted.

While the rolls are toasting, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil.
