Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground turkey breast

  • 1 medium Red bell pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Chop the red bell pepper, onion, and parsley finely. Mince the garlic cloves.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, parsley, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
