Ingredients

  • 500 grams Fresh spinach
  • 1 sheet Whole wheat pastry dough
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 150 grams Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 120 grams Greek yogurt
  • 4 stalks Green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Nutmeg

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or tart pan.

Wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Drain well and press to remove excess water. Roughly chop the spinach and set aside.
