  • 2 cups Leafy greens (spinach or lettuce)
  • 2 pieces Tomato
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Brush the chicken breasts with the marinade on both sides.
