  • 3 ounces alphabet pasta
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
