Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats

  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 0.5 cup Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips or raisins
  • 0.25 cup Chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and unsweetened applesauce until well combined.
