  • 100 grams Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 40 grams All-purpose flour
  • 100 grams Hazelnuts, chopped
  • 150 grams Dark chocolate, melted

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, honey, and heavy cream. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved.
