Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 1 small, finely chopped Red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp, finely chopped Parsley
  • 3 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Flatbreads or pita bread
  • 2 tbsp, melted Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, red bell pepper, parsley, and minced garlic.

Step 3

Add ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes to the bowl and mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Cut each flatbread or pita in half to create pockets.

Stuff each pocket with a portion of the meat mixture, spreading it evenly to cover the inner surface.
