Ingredients

  • 1 can Spam
  • 4 slices Pineapple rings
  • 4 rolls Hawaiian sweet rolls (or burger buns)
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha (optional)
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Open the can of Spam and slice it into four even pieces.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once the butter is melted, place the Spam slices in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, approximately 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, grill the pineapple rings for 1-2 minutes on each side until caramelized and slightly charred. Remove and set aside.
