  • 1 cup Pineapple juice

  • 0.25 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 stalks Green onions (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Step 2

Place the pork spare ribs on a clean surface and pat them dry with paper towels.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Rub the seasoning mixture all over both sides of the ribs to coat evenly.
