Ingredients

  • 20 oz Frozen shredded hash browns
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon or ham, diced
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or quiche pan with a small amount of butter.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over low heat. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter with the frozen shredded hash browns, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat.
