Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the semolina, plain yogurt, granulated sugar, melted butter, baking powder, and rose water or orange blossom water. Mix well until a thick batter forms.
