Ingredients

  • 200 grams Tuna (canned, in water)
  • 120 grams Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 stalks Green onions (chopped)
  • 12 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 1 small Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 small Cucumber
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 bottle Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil spray.

Step 2

Press a wonton wrapper into each cup of the muffin tin to form a flower shape. Lightly spray the wrappers with olive oil to help them crisp up.

Bake the wonton wrappers in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
