  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Spray the inside of a crock pot with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Step 2

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

In a medium bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until combined.

Step 5

Layer the thinly sliced potatoes at the bottom of the crock pot.

Step 6

Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the potatoes.

Step 7

Evenly scatter the frozen mixed vegetables on top of the beef layer.

Step 8

Pour the soup mixture over the vegetables, spreading it evenly with the back of a spoon.

Step 9

Cover the crock pot with its lid and cook on low for 6 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.

Step 10
