Ingredients

  • 4 pieces flour tortillas
  • 8 slices sliced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and black pepper until well combined.

Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface and spread about 1/2 tablespoon of the mayonnaise mixture on each tortilla.

Place 2 slices of ham on each tortilla and sprinkle approximately 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the ham.
