Ingredients

  • 1 whole baguette
  • 8 slices sliced ham
  • 4 slices cheese (Gruyère or Swiss)

  • 1 cup mixed greens (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and then into 4 equal sections (2 for the top and 2 for the bottom).

Spread butter evenly on the cut sides of the baguette sections and place them on a baking sheet, buttered side up.
