Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 200 grams Cooked ham, finely chopped
  • 100 grams Fresh spinach leaves, chopped
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 50 grams Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 30 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 unit Egg, beaten
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Step 3

Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Step 4

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped ham, cooled spinach mixture, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Step 5

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet into 4 equal squares, yielding a total of 8 squares.

Step 6

Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the ham and spinach filling in the center of each puff pastry square.

Step 7

Brush the edges of each square with the beaten egg, then fold each square diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges firmly with a fork to seal.

Step 8

Transfer the triangles to the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the remaining beaten egg for a golden finish.

Step 9

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the triangles are golden brown and puffed.

Step 10

Serve warm and enjoy!
