Ingredients

  • 375 g All-purpose flour
  • 7 g Instant yeast
  • 10 g Granulated sugar

  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 150 g Cooked ham, diced
  • 120 g Pineapple chunks, diced
  • 5 g Dried oregano
  • 1 egg Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, and salt.

Gradually pour in the warm water and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
