Ingredients

  • 250 g haloumi cheese
  • 200 g button mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Directions

Step 1

Slice the haloumi cheese into 1 cm thick slices and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Clean the button mushrooms with a damp paper towel and slice them thinly.
