  • 4 pieces pita bread
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, finely diced red onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and all the spices (cumin, oregano, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper). Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
