Directions

Step 1

Peel and thinly slice the yellow onion.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion slices and a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
