  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 60 ml mirin
  • 60 ml sake
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 100 grams, sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 200 grams, cubed tofu
  • 2 stalks, chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 100 grams fresh spinach
  • 4 servings, for serving steamed rice

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved and set aside.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and add the sesame oil.
