  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 16 cannelloni tubes
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
