Ingredients

  • 4 whole Roma tomatoes
  • 2 whole Garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 6 whole Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Slice the Roma tomatoes in half lengthwise and drizzle them lightly with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 3

Peel the garlic cloves and wrap them in a small piece of aluminum foil with a drizzle of olive oil to prevent burning.

Place the tomatoes (cut side down) and the garlic packet on the grill.

Step 5

Grill the tomatoes for 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are soft, charred, and slightly blistered. Turn the garlic packet occasionally.
