Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ribeye steak
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 Red onion
  • 1 Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Garlic clove

Directions

Step 1

Remove the ribeye steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.

Step 2

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 3

Season the steak with 1 teaspoon of salt and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper on both sides.

Step 4

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the steak and rub it in to coat evenly.

Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until your desired level of doneness is achieved.
