Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro
  • 1 small Jalapeño
  • 1 medium Lime
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Place the salmon fillets on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the grill and set aside to rest.
