Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 slices salami
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet or stovetop griddle over medium heat.
