Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 375°F (190°C).

Slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise and carefully remove the seeds and membranes using a spoon or knife. If you prefer more heat, leave a few seeds inside.

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well combined.
