Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 8 slices deli-sliced ham
  • 4 slices (canned or fresh) pineapple rings
  • 0.5 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices sliced cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty, approximately 1/2-inch thick.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly brush with vegetable oil.
