  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoons Red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 100 grams Cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • 4 pieces Pita bread or crackers (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

Pat the block of feta cheese dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.

Step 3

Brush the feta generously with 1 tablespoon of olive oil on all sides, ensuring it's well-coated.
