Ingredients

  • 450 g broccolini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 3 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 375°F (190°C).

Rinse the broccolini under cold water and pat dry. Trim any tough ends from the broccolini stems.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
