  • 4 slices Thick-cut bacon
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Cook the bacon slices until crisp, about 4-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
