Ingredients

  • 1 cup green tea
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional topping)

Directions

Step 1

Brew the green tea using 1 tea bag or 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf green tea in hot water. Let it cool completely before using it in the smoothie.

In a blender, combine the cooled green tea, frozen banana, frozen mango chunks, and baby spinach.
