  • 2 medium Jalapeños
  • 0.5 medium White onion
  • 2 whole Garlic cloves
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Husk and rinse the tomatillos under cold water to remove their sticky residue.
