Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 3 large Green chilies
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 large Egg, beaten

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions if frozen.

Finely chop the green chilies and mix them with the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Set aside.
