  • 120 grams pancetta
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 125 milliliters water

Directions

Step 1

Trim the ends of the green beans and rinse them thoroughly under cold water. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

Add the pancetta to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it becomes crispy and golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the pancetta to a paper towel-lined plate to drain, leaving the rendered fat in the skillet.
