  • 60 ml milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with a light coating of butter or cooking spray.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch the green beans for 3–4 minutes until they are vibrant green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
