Ingredients

  • 300 grams Spinach (fresh)
  • 200 grams Kale (trimmed and chopped)
  • 1 medium Zucchini (grated)
  • 200 grams Ricotta cheese
  • 100 grams Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 50 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 25 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
