  • 4 pieces Sub rolls
  • 0.75 cup Tzatziki sauce
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 2 medium-sized, sliced Tomatoes
  • 1 small, thinly sliced Cucumber
  • 1 small, thinly sliced Red onion
  • 0.5 cup, crumbled Feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup, sliced Kalamata olives

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to make a marinade.

Place the chicken breasts into a zip-top bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours for the best flavor.
