  • 0.5 cup Tomato, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 0.25 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the baguette or sub roll in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through, and open it like a book.
