Ingredients

  • 4 pieces large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 0.25 cup red onion
  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and prepare your vegetables. Slice the cherry tomatoes in halves, peel and chop the cucumber into small cubes, thinly slice the red onion, and roughly chop the romaine lettuce.

Pit and slice the kalamata olives if they are not pre-pitted.
