  • 4 pieces large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives
  • 0.25 cup red onion
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the vegetables: Thinly slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, thinly slice the red onion, and pit and halve the kalamata olives.
