Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Thick slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, shredded mozzarella, dried oregano, chopped Kalamata olives, and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients.

Lay out the four slices of sourdough bread. Spread softened butter evenly on one side of each slice.
