  • 500 grams All-purpose flour

  • 250 milliliters Cold water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 300 grams Fresh spinach
  • 200 grams Feta cheese
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or oil for cooking

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt.

Step 2

Gradually add the cold water and olive oil to the flour, mixing with your hands until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
