  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Dry white wine
  • 120 grams Vegan cream cheese (or regular cream cheese for non-vegan option)
  • 50 grams Walnuts

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Finely dice the shallots and garlic, then sauté them in the olive oil until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Clean the cremini mushrooms with a damp paper towel, remove any tough stems, and roughly chop them. Add the chopped mushrooms to the skillet.

Sprinkle in the dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and cook until the mushrooms release their moisture and become golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
